 DOTJET is a
high resolution ink jet printer that makes use of Xaar Jet piezoelectric inkjet
skill. Under WYSIWYG model in Windows operating system, it is possible to input
serial number, planking number, date, time, code, figure and bar code by
multiple methods of inkjet, supporting all kinds of characters and languages.
Single print head can print characters from 1.6mm to 17.5mm, 10 rows at the same
time. The 200 dpi resolution allows printing any complicated figures and bar
code; single mainframe can connect with 8 print heads.

DDOTJET application is similar to plateless printing, especially to shipping
mark on the carton, packing data (product name and specification), or metal,
plastic, rubber, food, dru g,
electron, woods, parts, complicated figures, specification and characters,
including printers for large and small characters and tags.

Physical Characteristics |
DOTJET uses printing ink without MEK,
suitable for application on object surface, either absorbable or non-absorbable
material. Odorless and no lacquer thinner is needed; it is also easy and fast to
change diverse colors.

Clean and easy to maintain |
Among all the high resolution ink jet printers, DOTJET is the one that needs the
least maintenance. The operators can do the troubleshooting on their own.
Separated stainless steel parts; including mainframe, print head, ink tank,
driving circuit board, power supply and installing rack, are easy to take apart
and install without consumables.
